The Hayward ColorLogic 4.0 LED Spa Light (MPN W3SP0535SLED100, PST SKU PST-56-150-1011E) is the 120V, 100 foot cord build with a stainless steel face rim, engineered for in-ground spas and small water features. It wires straight to a standard 120V spa light circuit with no low-voltage transformer, draws just 40W, and ships with 5 fixed colors and 7 color-changing shows built into the fixture. Tie it into Hayward ProLogic or OmniLogic automation and the same light opens up to 11 shows plus a full spectrum of 101 colors.

If you are lighting a full size in-ground pool, you want the ColorLogic 4.0 pool light instead, part W3SP0527SLED100, which is the same 120V, 100 foot cord, stainless trim build in the higher output pool fixture.
Which ColorLogic 4.0 spa light version do I need?
Three things separate them. Voltage: the SP0535 series is 120V, the SP0533 series is the 12V equivalent, so match whatever your existing spa light circuit runs. Cord length: this series ships in 30, 50, 100, and 150 foot cords, and you pick by the distance from the niche to the junction box. Trim: SLED in the part number is the stainless steel face rim you are looking at here, plain LED (W3SP0535LED100) is the plastic trim version of the same fixture.
What niche does this fit?
The SP0535 series is UL listed under file E39338 for use with Hayward SP0601, SP0608, SP0606C, or SP0610C fixture housings. It may physically seat in other niches, but that installation would not carry the UL approval, so check the part number stamped on your existing housing before you order.
Do I need Hayward automation to change colors?
No. The 5 fixed colors and 7 color-changing shows live in the fixture and step through by cycling power at the switch, so the light works on a plain on/off spa circuit. Automation is what unlocks the extra 4 shows for 11 total plus the 101 color spectrum, and lets you jump straight to a color instead of stepping through the sequence.
Can I install this myself?
Pulling the old fixture from the niche and feeding the new cord back to the deck box is straightforward homeowner work. The electrical side is not. Terminating in the junction box, bonding, and the GFCI protected circuit all fall under NEC 680 and belong to a licensed pool electrician. Leave enough cord coiled behind the fixture that it can be lifted onto the deck for future service.
