🚚 Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Our available shipping methods include:

  • FREE SHIPPING: We are happy to offer FREE Ground shipping on all orders in the Contiguous USA.
  • Expedited 2-Day Shipping: For those who need their products quickly, we offer expedited 2-Day shipping with delivery in 2 business days.
  • Expedited Overnight Shipping: We also provide overnight shipping for delivery in 1 business day.

*Exceptions to free shipping

Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery on orders shipped within the contiguous United States. A small number of items are excluded:

  • Items shipped directly by a partner brand. Some products in our catalog are fulfilled by the manufacturer or a partner supplier rather than from our own warehouses. These items may carry their own shipping charge.
  • Oversized and freight items. Items too large or heavy for standard parcel carriers ship by freight (LTL) and may carry a freight charge.

Where a shipping charge applies, the exact amount is calculated and shown in your cart at checkout before you pay. If no shipping charge appears at checkout, your order ships free.

 

🚛 LTL Freight Shipping

Certain oversized or heavy items require delivery by LTL freight carrier and are not eligible for free ground shipping. Any applicable freight charge will be displayed at checkout or provided for approval before the order ships.

LTL deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise stated. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Additional services—including liftgate delivery, inside delivery, or delivery to a limited-access location—may incur additional charges.

Please inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt and note any visible damage on the receipt. Contact PST Pool Supplies promptly if your shipment arrives damaged.

🕑 Delivery Times

All expedited orders placed before 12 PM MT will ship the same business day. Most standard orders will typically also ship the same business day, however depending on volume may be shipped the following business day.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM MT on Friday, or any time over the weekend, will be processed and shipped the next business day (typically Monday).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies depending on the destination

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes or delays that may occur.

🔒 Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This service covers your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you opt in, we guarantee a full refund or replacement for any shipping-related issues—no questions asked. The cost is a small additional fee, clearly displayed in your cart before payment.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our warehouse. In such cases, any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • How to Opt-In: You can easily opt-in for Shipping Protection right in your Shopping Cart.
  • Cost: This is an optional service with a small additional fee, which will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
  • Benefits: With Shipping Protection, you can shop with confidence knowing that we’ll handle any issues related to loss, theft, or damage at no additional hassle to you.

💰 Additional Charges

While we strive to offer competitive shipping rates, there may be additional charges for certain circumstances. These charges may include:

  • Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, there are additional fees to cover the expedited service.
  • International Customs Fees: For international orders, please be aware that customs fees and import duties may be applied by your country's customs agency. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
