Spa Topside Panels

Collection: Spa Topside Panels

288 products

Replace a dead spa topside panel or upgrade an old keypad without guessing at compatibility. Our spa topside panels collection covers the brands that actually wire into the hot tubs in your driveway — Balboa, Gecko, SpaTouch, Hydro-Quip, and Len Gordon — with TP-series keypads, in.k touchpads, full-color SpaTouch panels, adapter plates, and topside extension cables so the new control sits flush and reads the right signal the first time. Looking for just the printed sticker face? See our Spa Topside Overlays collection.

Every spa topside replacement here is matched to a known control-system family. Balboa TP400, TP500, TP600, TP800, and TP900 keypads pair with the BP-series spa packs in our Spa Packs collection, while Gecko in.k200, in.k450, and in.k600 touchpads drop into in.xe / in.ye control boxes. SpaTouch 1, 2, and 3 panels add a full-color graphical interface to compatible BP packs — see Balboa Water Group's SpaTouch reference for ribbon-cable pinouts and firmware notes before ordering. We also stock the small parts that get forgotten on the bench: adapter plates that close a hole the new panel can't, and topside extension cables in 4-pin and 10-pin Molex.

If you're not sure which spa topside panel you need, start with the spa pack's model number — it's printed inside the control box near the heater. Match the pack family (BP, M7, in.ye, Eco, etc.) to a topside compatible with its connector and feature set, then check button count against your jet, blower, and light layout. The Gecko Alliance keypad catalog is a useful cross-reference for in.k models. For sensor faults or pack failures behind the panel, browse our Spa Sensors and Spa Circuit Boards collections.

Shop the full spa topside panel and keypad lineup below — every part ships from one of our ten U.S. warehouses so your replacement spa control panel gets to the bench fast.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find the right spa topside panel for my hot tub?
Open your spa pack (the control box near the heater) and read the model number printed on the white label — typically something like BP100G2, BP501, in.ye-5, M7, or Eco-1. The spa pack family determines which topside panels are compatible. Balboa BP-series packs accept TP400, TP500, TP600, TP800, TP900, or any SpaTouch panel; Gecko in.xe/in.ye packs accept in.k200/in.k450/in.k600 keypads. Match the connector (4-pin or 10-pin Molex), then choose a panel with the button count and display style your tub needs.
Do I need a full topside panel or just a replacement overlay?
If the buttons still click, the LCD still reads correctly, and the topside otherwise functions — but the printed icons are faded, scratched, or peeling — you only need a replacement overlay (the sticker face on top). Overlays cost $15-40 versus $80-300 for a full panel. Browse our Spa Topside Overlays collection for the matching overlay. If buttons feel mushy, double-fire, fail to register, or the display is blank or scrambled, the panel itself has failed and needs a full replacement from this collection.
What is the difference between a TP500, TP600, and TP800 keypad?
All three are Balboa topside panels for the BP series of spa packs. The TP500 is a basic 4-button LCD keypad, the TP600 adds a larger LCD with up to 6 buttons and supports more jet/blower/light outputs, and the TP800 is a deluxe 8-button keypad with a full LCD. Higher-tier panels expose more programmable settings (filter cycles, lock modes, multiple temp ranges). All three use the same Molex connector, so upgrading from a TP500 to a TP800 is usually plug-and-play if your spa pack supports the feature set.
Can I replace a Balboa topside with a Gecko keypad (or vice versa)?
No — Balboa and Gecko use different control protocols and pinouts even when the connector looks similar. A TP-series keypad will not run a Gecko in.xe pack, and an in.k touchpad will not run a Balboa BP. If your spa pack is dead too, you can replace both the pack and the topside as a matched set from the same manufacturer. Browse our Spa Packs collection for Balboa-to-Gecko or Gecko-to-Balboa system swaps.
Why is my topside panel showing blank or scrambled text?
Most blank or scrambled spa topside displays are caused by one of three things: a failed ribbon cable inside the keypad, water ingress that has corroded the PCB behind the overlay, or a fault in the spa pack itself sending bad data over the topside line. Swap a known-good topside in first to isolate the issue. If the replacement panel reads correctly, the original was the problem; if both panels fail the same way, the spa pack or its main board needs service.
