PST Protection Plan

The PST Protection Plan is all about safeguarding your purchases and enhancing your experience. With this plan, you can enjoy added benefits that help you get the most out of your products.

PST Pool Supplies is proud to offer a 1 year guarantee that your product will function per manufacturer specifications for at least 1 year.

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item for a store credit for you to purchase a replacement part.

To qualify for the PST Protection Plan, any product failure/defect must meet the requirements for the original manufacturer's warranty policy.

 

PST Protection Plan - Credit Guideline

0 - 90 Days 100% of the item's cost
3 - 6 months
 75% of the item's cost
6 - 9 months 50% of the item's cost
9 - 12 months 25% of the item's cost

FAQ

Can you send a replacement before I return the defective item?

No, in order to qualify for the PST Protection Plan, any defect must meet the requirements for the manufacturer's warranty policy. To ensure the defect meets the requirements, we must receive and inspect the item first.

What doesn't it cover?

The PST Protection Plan excludes filter cartridges, chemicals, and reagents. The Plan also does not cover or reimburse for costs related to labor, shipping charges, price increases.

How will I be refunded?

The PST Protection Plan credit will be issued in the form of store credit.

Does this affect the manufacturer warranty?

This guarantee does not prevent you from filing a warranty claim directly with the original manufacturer. However, many swimming pool equipment manufacturers require customers to cover the cost of shipping the defective item for inspection and potential replacement. Based on our experience, this process can take 1-2 months.

PSTPoolSupplies.com does not facilitate manufacturer warranty claims, and customers are solely responsible for handling them if they choose to proceed. Additionally, if you pursue a warranty claim with the manufacturer, you will not be eligible to request a credit via the PST Protection Plan.
