OEM replacement plumbing hardware for Hayward Salt & Swim cells.
The Hayward GLX-DIY-CCN2 (UPC 610377186827) is the factory replacement ring, collar, and nut set for the 2 inch plumbing connections on Hayward Salt & Swim salt chlorination cells. Use it when the original nuts have cracked from over-tightening, the ring has degraded from UV exposure, or the threads have stripped during winterization. Genuine Hayward part, not an aftermarket lookalike.

Will this fit my Hayward AquaRite T-Cell?
No. The GLX-DIY-CCN2 is for the Salt & Swim line. AquaRite TurboCell flow housings use the GLX-CELL-UNION kit (full union with tailpiece, nut, and O-ring). Same 2 inch plumbing size, different thread profile, the parts are not interchangeable.
How do I keep the new nuts from cracking?
Hand-tighten only. Plastic union nuts on salt cells need firm hand pressure plus a quarter turn with a strap wrench, never a pipe wrench or channel-locks. Lubricate the O-ring with silicone grease (never petroleum jelly) before threading the nut on, and inspect every season for sun damage.
