The Arctic Armor Rugged Mesh Winter Cover for 24' round above ground pools (MPN WC608, SKU PST-WC608) is a black woven polyethylene mesh cover that stops leaves, sticks and other debris on top while rain and melting snow drain through into the pool. It is cut to a 28' round size with a 4' overlap and includes a vinyl-coated cable and metal winch that hold it snug. Lightweight to handle and store, it is backed by an 8-year limited warranty with the first year unconditional on fabric and workmanship.

What size mesh cover do I need?
Order by pool size. This cover is for a 24' round above ground pool and is cut to a 28' round size, which includes the 4' overlap. It is sized for water lowered up to about 12 inches below the top of the pool; if you lower it more than that, order a larger size.
Mesh or solid: which winter cover should I choose?
A solid cover keeps rain and debris on top of the cover. Rugged Mesh lets rain and melting snow slowly drain through into the pool while it holds back leaves, sticks and other debris.
How do I install it?
With one or two helpers, tape over any sharp edges, then center the cover so the overlap is even all the way around. Let it rest on the water and hug the pool wall without stretching it. Thread the cable through the grommets, run both ends into the winch and turn the handle clockwise until the cover is snug along the wall. Do not pump water off the cover in the fall; per the installation guide it slowly drains through the mesh.
What does the 8-year warranty cover?
Year 1 is unconditional on fabric and workmanship. From year 2 through year 8, material degradation earns a pro-rated credit toward the purchase of a new cover. A receipt is required, and you pay handling and shipping on the replacement. Improper installation voids coverage, including an off-center cover or hold-down devices that did not come with the cover. The warranty does not cover damage from wind, snow or heavy rain, or wear at unpadded sharp spots on the top rail.
Isn't a mesh winter cover the same as a mesh safety cover?
No. Rugged Mesh is a winter cover that rests on the water and is held with a cable and winch, and its warranty card states it is not designed or intended as a safety cover. Keep everyone off the cover at all times.

Dog chewed pool robot cord end. Ordered this fix it. Delivery was a little slow and I think some instructions should have been included as should have been a tiny allen wrench needed to tighten the wires into the plug. I got it done but think most homeowners would have a problem doing it. Other than these issues, the plug works fine and was much cheaper than buying a whole new cord.
Had a minor issue with pricing of a separate part in my order, but the sales team was responsive and reasonable, and worked with me to come to a mutually agreeable solution. In a world where character and reason has become the exception rather than the norm, they stand by their word and were committed to finding a fair solution.

Came here looking for a replacement flow switch and housing. My last one that I purchased on Amazon (cheap Chinese ****) lasted only 9mo before leaking severely in 2 places. I noticed a quality difference in the replacement I received from PST. I expect this one to far exceed the prior one. It installed quickly and works perfectly. Best of all, the leaked are gone.
