Ozonator Model: Upp15, UPS350, UPS500, UPS800
Tech Notes: 1008031 replaces 3505261. Now has 6 wires (2 blue, 2 red, white, black) and no longer comes with the metal plate. Please follow the instructions pictured on the side of the ballast for proper wiring.

Adam would have worked fine but it was a little bit large but I decided to keep it and use it for another project.
I ordered this part from PST Pool supplies and it was lost/delayed in the USPS system. PST Pool Supplies must monitor their shipping status for their shipments and noted that I had not received my part.
