Description

Swimline ACCCOP Above Ground Pool Liner Coping Strip, 1 in x 24 in

The non-corrosive clip that keeps your overlap liner locked to the top rail.

The Swimline ACCCOP Liner Coping Strip (SKU PST-ACCCOP) is a 1 in by 24 in plastic clip that holds an overlap liner against the top of an above ground pool wall during liner install. The strips bridge the gap between the liner and the top rail so the liner cannot slip down behind the wall while you flood the pool. You replace the coping strips every time you change the liner, working around the perimeter until the full circumference is clipped before the top rails go back on.

Good to Know

How many coping strips do I need for my above ground pool?

Each strip is 24 in long, so divide the perimeter of your pool by 24 to estimate the count. A 24 ft round pool has about 905 in of perimeter, which works out to roughly 38 strips. Add a few extras for breakage and to overlap at the seams.

Will this work with my beaded or unibead liner?

No. The ACCCOP is designed for overlap liners only, the style that drapes over the top of the pool wall before the top rails are installed. Beaded and J-hook (unibead) liners attach to a bead receiver or hang directly on the wall and do not use coping strips.

Can I install these myself?

Yes. With the liner draped over the wall, slide one strip down over the liner and pool wall every 18 to 24 in around the full perimeter before reinstalling the top rails. No tools are required, just steady hands and a helper to keep the liner pulled tight as you clip.
