Does this include a diving board?
No. Part 70-209-73820 is the Flyte-Deck II stand and base only, shipped with the stainless jig and mounting hardware. You add an 8 ft SR Smith board separately. If you want the board and stand together, that is a different combination part number.

Can I install this myself?
The stainless jig is cast into the concrete deck when it is poured, then the stand bolts to that embedded jig. It calls for an in-ground concrete deck at least 6 in thick, 4 ft wide, and 8 ft long, and the placement must meet ANSI/NSPI-5 and local codes. Most owners have a pool builder set the jig during deck work rather than retrofit it.
