The Spa Electrics Titan T1 Multi Plus DB (model T1FV L12 L4 WMP) is a nicheless LED pool light built for fibreglass and vinyl liner pools, shipped with a white rim, a 1.5 in threaded push-in bulkhead, and a 150 ft cable. It puts out 375 lumens from an RGB+W array on just 8 watts, and the water-cooled titanium heat sink keeps the diodes cool so brightness holds up season after season. The curly QuickConnect cable lets you lift the light out for service above the waterline without pulling cable back through the conduit.

Installation Notice
Pool lighting must be installed to NEC 680. The low-voltage transformer requires a GFCI-protected supply circuit and the system must be bonded to the pool equipotential grid. Spa Electrics requires professional installation for warranty validation, and the warranty applies when the light is installed with Spa Electrics components. Never energize the fixture out of water.

What does Multi Plus mean, and how is it different from plain RGB?
Multi Plus is Spa Electrics' RGB+W array, three color diodes plus a separate dedicated white diode. RGB-only lights make white by firing all three color channels at once, which reads slightly blue or green and looks dim. The dedicated white channel gives you a true, bright white for everyday swimming and saves the color scenes for when you want them.
Which version do I need for my pool?
This is the fibreglass and vinyl liner version with a white rim (model code T1FV). Spa Electrics also builds a concrete variant (T1C) with a clear rim and bulkhead, and the same fibreglass/vinyl light is offered with a grey rim if that matches your finish better. Match the variant to your pool shell type first, then pick rim color.
Do I have to drain the pool to replace or service the light?
No. That is the point of the curly cable and QuickConnect plug. You unthread the fixture, draw it up on the coiled cable to above the waterline, and unplug it there. No draining, and no pulling 150 ft of cable back through the conduit run.
Will it work with my existing transformer?
Most likely yes. The Titan T1 runs on 10.5 to 13V AC and is compatible with the Spa Electrics LVX controller plus most major 12V AC transformers and controllers. Confirm your transformer outputs 12V AC (not DC) and has enough headroom for the 8 W draw across all the fixtures on that circuit.
Can I install this myself?
Spa Electrics requires professional installation for warranty validation, and the warranty applies when the light is installed using Spa Electrics components. Pool lighting also falls under NEC 680, which governs GFCI protection and equipotential bonding. Even for a straightforward nicheless retrofit, have a licensed pool electrician make the final connections.

Dog chewed pool robot cord end. Ordered this fix it. Delivery was a little slow and I think some instructions should have been included as should have been a tiny allen wrench needed to tighten the wires into the plug. I got it done but think most homeowners would have a problem doing it. Other than these issues, the plug works fine and was much cheaper than buying a whole new cord.
