Pentair's BioShield installation guide lists 523032 as the power supply for models 522635, 522636 and 522637. The 522638 uses 523033 and the 522945 uses 523053.
Where should the power supply be mounted?
Pentair says to mount the power supply on a surface that does not expose it to standing water, closer to the UV unit than the flow switch, and not in an extremely confined space where heat and moisture can be retained.
How is the ballast wired?
On a listed mechanical timer, Pentair says to wire the UV system to the load side of the timer switch so it only operates when the pump is running. The ballast also delays the lamp for 25 seconds at start-up, and the lamp will not operate in a low flow condition.

The process was smooth and lights arived as expected. Everything test out in good working order.
Needed to replace the control overlay on our Nordic Impulse hot tub, but could not find out the make or model number of the actual control panel on our tub. By taking measurements and photos or our actual control panel button positions and functions, I was able to narrow down the options. I ordered this overlay as the button positions seemed to be in the right positions, even though the overall size was smaller than the control panel. The overlay works, in that all buttons and functions are in the right place, and the overlay seems to have adhered well to the panel. It is not a perfect match, as it is smaller overall than it should be. But I am happy with the result and will buy an additional identical overlay as a backup in case this one, too, deteriorates at some point. Took a lot of detecting, but the result is successful!

I accidentally broke the original knob by tightening it too much. This was a perfect fit and works 100%. Fast delivery too!
Swapped out broken heater (lasted about 6 years) for this one. The instructions are for the electronics, not for the plumbing. You must get everything perfectly aligned or the plumbing may leak. I needed to loosen the electronics box to get the plumbing perfectly aligned. I have hot water again.
