Feet are good quality rigid plastic.
They look very realistic, but are slighty orange looking as imaged.
The feet measure 9" from toe to heel and 4" wide. The ankle goes up about 5.5" from the bottom of the foot.

The cord worked perfectly when I upgraded my older Balboa spa and pump.
I had a leak in which water was leaking out to the waste line. I could hear the water trickling in the waste line. The spider gasket in this kit resolved the issue.
