The Perma-Cast PE-0015-S (SKU PST-PE0015S) is a round 304 stainless steel escutcheon sized for 1.5 inch OD pool handrail and ladder tubing. It slides over the rail and rests flush on the deck to hide the anchor socket, sealant, and any chipped concrete around the bonded cup. Made in Pueblo, Colorado by Perma-Cast, it is a direct replacement for the stamped escutcheons that ship on most commercial and residential rail kits.

Will this fit my pool rail?
The PE-0015-S is built for 1.5 inch outside diameter tubing, which is the standard size for most residential pool handrails, ladder rails, and grab rails. If your rail measures roughly 1-1/2 inch across the tube (not the inside), this escutcheon slides over it. For 1.9 inch OD commercial rails you need the larger PE-0019-S instead.
Can I install this myself?
Yes. Slide the escutcheon down the rail before you set the rail into the anchor socket, then push it down to the deck once the rail is locked in. No tools, no fasteners, no sealant required. If the rail is already installed, you can lift it out of the bonded socket, drop the escutcheon over the leg, and reset the rail.
Is 304 stainless okay for salt pools?
304 stainless handles standard chlorinated water and most residential salt systems without issue. For aggressive saltwater or coastal installs where you see pitting on other 304 hardware, rinse the escutcheon with fresh water during your weekly cleaning to keep the surface bright.
