It is imperative that this number is supplied to Horizon Spa & Pool Parts for proper circuit board match. gasket was exact replacement for old gasket that had deteriorated. leak fixed and hot tub back in action
split nut worked perfectly and fixed hot tub leak on 2 inch pipe.
used lube tube to place gasket and new collar on hot tub 2" pipe to fix a water leak. All good and hot tub up and running.
