Their name comes from haly (holy) and butt (flat fish) because they are commonly eaten during Catholic holy-days. Their diamond-shaped body is typically three times longer than it is wide. This was a game changer to be able to purchase the piece that was broken on our pool vacuum and not have to buy an entire new unit when it was still working fine otherwise.
