Genuine Hayward snap-in outlet, 120 VAC, 15 A.
The Hayward GLX-OUTLET-15A is Hayward's 120 VAC, 15 A snap-in outlet replacement. Hayward's replacement guide 092398A shows the swap: unscrew the ground lug from the can with a 5/16 in bit, unplug the black and white wires from the PCBA display board and press the old outlet out. To install, feed the new outlet's wires through the can, snap it in, plug the black and white wires into the board by its color code and screw the ground wire back to the can with the green ground lug.

What tools does the swap take?
Hayward's guide calls for a 5/16 in bit to remove and reinstall the ground lug. If a screwdriver will not fit, the guide says to press the side of the outlet that sits under the board with your finger.

Needed to replace the control overlay on our Nordic Impulse hot tub, but could not find out the make or model number of the actual control panel on our tub. By taking measurements and photos or our actual control panel button positions and functions, I was able to narrow down the options. I ordered this overlay as the button positions seemed to be in the right positions, even though the overall size was smaller than the control panel. The overlay works, in that all buttons and functions are in the right place, and the overlay seems to have adhered well to the panel. It is not a perfect match, as it is smaller overall than it should be. But I am happy with the result and will buy an additional identical overlay as a backup in case this one, too, deteriorates at some point. Took a lot of detecting, but the result is successful!
