Chemical Safety
Use only NewWater Model 105C Cycler Pacs in this feeder. Never load loose Trichlor, calcium hypochlorite, cal-hypo shock, or bleach: mixing chlorine types or contaminating the pac generates heat, hazardous gas, and a fire or explosion risk. Always shut off the pump and bleed off pressure before removing the cap, keep return-line valves open in normal operation, and never exceed 50 psi or 104F. Install the NewWater Cycler on the return line after any heater, and add other sanitizing equipment downstream, never upstream.

What size pool does the NewWater Cycler 120 handle?
The Model 120 is rated for above-ground pools from 7,000 up to 25,000 gallons. For larger in-ground pools up to 40,000 gallons, King Technology makes the Model 400 in-line and Model 430 off-line instead.
Which Cycler Pac does it use, and is it included?
It runs on the prefilled Model 105C Cycler Pac (MPN 01-03-1413), a 4.16 lb sealed pac of Trichlor tablets. The pac is a consumable sold separately, so plan to keep replacements on hand. Only the 105C fits the Model 120; do not substitute loose tablets.
How is this different from a floating chlorine dispenser?
A floater dumps chlorine wherever it drifts, with no control over the dose. The NewWater Cycler meters chlorine through a 9-setting dial and an erosion-controlled chamber, so feeding is steady and the pac lasts longer. You dial it in once instead of guessing week to week.
Where does it install in my plumbing?
It plumbs in-line on the return line using the 1-1/2" FPT ports, downstream of the pump, filter, and any heater. Any additional sanitizing equipment must go after the cycler, never before it. The Model 120 is in-line only; do not run it off-line.
Can I install this myself?
Yes. Most above-ground owners install the Model 120 with basic flex-hose or threaded fittings and hand tools. Follow the included manual for back-pressure and flow-rate guidance, and always shut off the pump and relieve pressure before opening the cap. If you are uncomfortable cutting into return plumbing, a pool pro can set it in under an hour.

Our pool and spa are over 25 yrs old. When the spa air button stopped working, we found that it was no longer avaliable.
