How is the Tracker 15 different from the Tracker 35 and Tracker 55?
The Tracker 15 is the floor only model for above ground pools up to 20 ft. The Tracker 35 and Tracker 55 step up to in ground and above ground pools up to 40 ft, add active scrubbing brushes, and clean the walls and waterline as well as the floor. The Tracker 55 adds Bluetooth app control on top of that. If your pool is above ground and you mainly need the bottom cleaned, the 15 is the right size.
What size pool will this actually handle?
Maytronics rates it to clean the floor of a 20 ft (6 m) long above ground pool in about one hour. That covers the common 15 ft, 18 ft, and 20 ft round pools and most oval frame pools. If your pool is longer than 20 ft or is in ground, move up to the Tracker 35.
Does it climb the walls or clean the waterline?
No. The Tracker 15 is a floor cleaner. It has no active brush and does not scrub the waterline. If you want walls and waterline covered, the Tracker 35 and Tracker 55 both do all three surfaces with dual brushes.
Is there a cord or a power supply that sits by the pool?
No. It is fully cordless and runs off an onboard rechargeable battery. You charge it out of the water, drop it in, and there is nothing running back to an outlet. That also means no cord to tangle and no transformer to keep dry.
How do I clean the filter?
The filter is top access, so it lifts out through the lid without turning the robot over. Rinse it with a garden hose after each cycle and slide it back in. Doing this every run keeps suction up and is the single biggest factor in how long the unit lasts.
Can I use it in an in ground pool?
It is rated by Maytronics for above ground pools. In ground pools have deeper floors and wall angles this model is not designed to work, so choose the Tracker 35 or Tracker 55 for an in ground installation.
Do I need to do anything to set it up?

Swapped out broken heater (lasted about 6 years) for this one. The instructions are for the electronics, not for the plumbing. You must get everything perfectly aligned or the plumbing may leak. I needed to loosen the electronics box to get the plumbing perfectly aligned. I have hot water again.

PST pool supplies are great to work with. I was having trouble finding this heat exchanger . Everywhere I looked, it was out of stock or back ordered. I contacted the manufacturer about buying the heat exchanger. They told me I couldn't buy it because I wasn't a dealer. If I was a dealer, they would be able to take the order.
