Jonas Floating Collar for Winter Tab Cartridges
The part the cartridges will not work without.
The Jonas floating collar, part NJP10030 and stocked under SKU PST-NJP10030, is the reusable float that carries a Jonas winter tab cartridge on the pool surface. All of the Jonas chemical filled cartridges require it, including the trichlor chlorine cartridge and both sizes of winter BorateTab. It is inexpensive, it is the piece people forget to order, and it survives season after season, so buy one now and keep reusing it with fresh cartridges every fall. One collar carries one cartridge at a time.

Do I need one collar per cartridge?
One collar holds one cartridge. If you are floating a chlorine cartridge and a borate cartridge at the same time, you need two collars.
Is it reusable?
Yes. Rinse it out and dry it at opening and it will carry a fresh cartridge next fall. This is a buy once, use for years item.
Will the cartridge work without it?
No. The cartridges are not buoyant on their own. Without the collar they sink, which puts concentrated chemical against the pool floor or liner.
