The Aqua-Flo XP2 impeller 91694300 (PST SKU PST-35-402-1416) is the factory closed-face impeller for 3.0 OHP / 4.0 THP Flo-Master XP2 wet ends. Confirm the part before you order by looking for two green dots on the shaft, the factory horsepower code for this impeller. The shaft seal is a separate part, replace it at the same time.

How do I confirm this is the right impeller for my pump?
Pull the impeller and look at the shaft. The 3.0 HP XP2 impeller carries two green dots. Each horsepower in the XP2 family uses a different dot code, so the 2.0 HP (91694200) and 2.5 HP (91694251) impellers are marked differently. Cross-check the 4-3/8 in. outer diameter and the 5/8 in. shaft bore.
Why is it rated both 3.0 OHP and 4.0 THP?
Aqua-Flo changed its rating method in 2012 and now publishes both an operational horsepower and a total horsepower figure. Match the operational horsepower when you replace an older pump, not the total. This impeller must be installed on a 3.0 HP or greater thru-bolt motor, an undersized motor will overload.
Will this fit an XP2e pump?
No. The XP2e is a different wet end and uses the 91695 series impeller. This 91694300 impeller fits XP2 wet ends only.
