The Hayward SPX3206Z1VSPE TriStar VS G3 Power End Assembly (PST-SPX3206Z1VSPE) is the complete OEM drop in that brings your TriStar VS 950 or EcoStar SP3400VSP back to full variable speed life. You get the 2.7 HP totally enclosed permanent magnet motor, the integrated digital drive and display, a fresh impeller, diffuser, shaft seal, O-rings, seal plate, and motor bolts in one ready to bolt kit. Hayward stopped selling the motor by itself for units built after January 2019, so this assembly is the factory authorized path to recovering your pump without replacing the wet end or the union plumbing.
