How do I keep an above ground winter cover from blowing off?
Run a cover cable through the cover hem and tension it with a winch, then add cover clips at the top rail and wall bags for extra weight. Wind gets under an edge before it takes a whole cover.
Is it worth patching a winter cover instead of replacing it?
