The King Technology FROG Test Strips (MPN 01-14-3318, SKU PST-01143318) are made to read the water in a FROG mineral pool or hot tub, where chlorine and bromine run lower than in a conventional system. Each bottle holds 50 strips, and a single strip checks free chlorine or bromine, pH, total alkalinity, and total hardness at once. Dip a strip, hold it pads up and shake once, then match the colors to the chart printed on the bottle. Because the scale is calibrated for the reduced sanitizer levels FROG systems maintain, you see the true ideal range instead of a generic strip reading a false low.

Why use FROG strips instead of test strips I already have?
FROG mineral systems sanitize with a lower level of chlorine or bromine than a conventional pool or spa. FROG strips are scaled to read that reduced range, so a balanced FROG pool lands in the ideal band on the chart. A generic strip often reads that same water as too low and pushes you to overdose sanitizer you do not need.
What does each strip test?
One strip checks free chlorine or bromine, pH, total alkalinity, and total hardness together. That covers the daily readings you need to keep FROG water clear, comfortable, and balanced.
Can I use these with a FROG @ease hot tub?
No. FROG @ease runs on SmartChlor and needs the dedicated FROG @ease test strips. These strips are for Pool FROG, Flippin' FROG, Instant FROG, FROG Serene, and FROG Filter Mate. Match the strip to your system for an accurate reading.

Our pool and spa are over 25 yrs old. When the spa air button stopped working, we found that it was no longer avaliable. We did some online searching and found that this was a good replacement option and found it on the PST Pool Supplies website.
