Yes. This is a straightforward job. Shut off the pump, relieve filter pressure at the air bleed, open the clamp band, and lift the top half of the housing off. Pull the old cartridges off the manifold, set the new ones in place, reseat the housing, close the clamp band, and restart the pump with the air bleed open until water comes out. No plumbing or wiring is involved.
