The Filbur FC-9750 (SKU PST-APCFGR13) is a 24 in x 17-1/2 in rectangular DE filter grid built to replace torn or collapsed grids in Anthony Apollo and Flowmaster DE filters. A reinforced center hub port keeps the grid centered on the manifold so DE powder loads evenly and water flows out the top fitting without bypass. Pair it with fresh DE powder and your filter goes right back to polishing water down to 2 to 5 microns.

What part numbers does the FC-9750 replace?

What is the difference between a center hub port and a side port grid?
The FC-9750 has a center hub port, which mates to the center stem of an Anthony manifold and seals against the top plate. Side port grids will not seal on an Anthony tank, so confirm your manifold uses a center stem before ordering.
Do I have to replace all the grids at once?
We recommend it. Mixing a new grid with old, partially torn grids unbalances flow across the manifold and the new grid takes most of the load. Replacing the full set at once protects your investment and keeps backwash intervals consistent.
Can I install this grid myself?
Yes. Shut off the pump, relieve pressure at the air bleed, remove the filter clamp, lift the manifold, slide off the old grids, drop in the new FC-9750 set, and reassemble. Recharge with the DE quantity called out in your owner's manual. No special tools required.
