The Raypak 100-10000347 digital control board (PST-10010000347) is the control board Raypak lists in the parts list for its 5450, 6450 and 8450 heat pump pool and spa heaters. Raypak's current manual notes that this board now carries the LCD display, replacing both the earlier H000302 board and the separate H000336 display. Raypak's replacement instructions for part 100-10000347 also cover models 2450, 3450, 4450, 9350, 9353, 10353, 10354 and 10355.

No. Raypak removed the separate H000336 LCD display from the parts list as obsolete and notes that the 100-10000347 control board now contains the LCD display.
Which Raypak heat pumps use this board?

What has to be set after the board is installed?
The model type. If the unit type has not been set, the control prompts for HEAT ONLY, POWER DEFROST or HEAT/COOL before it will run anything. Choose the type on the heater's data label and press MENU/SET. Raypak's manual also says to set the EXV option to Disabled during a board replacement when the unit has a TXV.

The process was smooth and lights arived as expected. Everything test out in good working order.
Needed to replace the control overlay on our Nordic Impulse hot tub, but could not find out the make or model number of the actual control panel on our tub. By taking measurements and photos or our actual control panel button positions and functions, I was able to narrow down the options. I ordered this overlay as the button positions seemed to be in the right positions, even though the overall size was smaller than the control panel. The overlay works, in that all buttons and functions are in the right place, and the overlay seems to have adhered well to the panel. It is not a perfect match, as it is smaller overall than it should be. But I am happy with the result and will buy an additional identical overlay as a backup in case this one, too, deteriorates at some point. Took a lot of detecting, but the result is successful!

Swapped out broken heater (lasted about 6 years) for this one. The instructions are for the electronics, not for the plumbing. You must get everything perfectly aligned or the plumbing may leak. I needed to loosen the electronics box to get the plumbing perfectly aligned. I have hot water again.
