How do I know this is the right bulb?
Check the old lamp: it should be a single-ended T4 halogen marked 500 W, 120 V with a small E11 screw base. A double-ended or clip-in 500 W lamp is a different bulb.
Any tips for installing a halogen bulb?
Turn off power to the light at the breaker first. Handle the new bulb by its base or with a clean cloth, because skin oil on the quartz glass creates hot spots that shorten bulb life.

PST pool supplies are great to work with. I was having trouble finding this heat exchanger . Everywhere I looked, it was out of stock or back ordered. I contacted the manufacturer about buying the heat exchanger. They told me I couldn't buy it because I wasn't a dealer. If I was a dealer, they would be able to take the order.
