Double-ended T3 halogen for SunBrite and AmerQuartz lights
APC APC120300C is a 300 W, 120 V double-ended T3 quartz halogen bulb with R7s clip-in contacts at both ends. It replaces Pentair 79131000, the bulb for Pentair AmerQuartz lights and Sta-Rite SunBrite grommet-style and SunBrite LTC lights.

Can I use a higher-wattage bulb?
No. Match the wattage and voltage printed on your light fixture label. A bigger bulb runs hotter than the housing, lens and gasket are rated for.
How do I change the bulb safely?
Turn off power to the light at the breaker and let the fixture cool before you open it. Handle the new quartz bulb by its base or with a clean cloth, because skin oil on the glass shortens bulb life. Replace the lens gasket if it is flattened or cracked, and do not run the light out of the water except for a brief test.

PST pool supplies are great to work with. I was having trouble finding this heat exchanger . Everywhere I looked, it was out of stock or back ordered. I contacted the manufacturer about buying the heat exchanger. They told me I couldn't buy it because I wasn't a dealer. If I was a dealer, they would be able to take the order.
