GLI Estate 16' x 36' Rectangle Solid Winter Pool Cover
Twelve winters of GLI backing.
The GLI Estate solid winter cover for 16' x 36' rectangle in-ground pools (SKU PST-451636REEST5BX) shuts your pool down for the off-season behind a solid polyethylene panel that keeps leaves and debris out of the water and helps prevent algae growth. The finished cover measures 21' x 41', giving you 5' more than the pool across each dimension to lay out flat on the deck and anchor down. Grommets and loops run the full perimeter for water tubes.
Why PST Customers Pick This
Nothing Gets In
Solid fabric means leaves, silt, pollen and acorns stay on top of the cover instead of rotting on your pool floor all winter.
Seams Built for Load
A double folded, double stitched hem wraps the perimeter and Hold-Tite reinforced seams run the panel joins.
Grommets and Loops
Grommets and loops circle the cover for water tubes.
A Step Up From Classic
Estate sits above the Classic line with a longer warranty term.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size cover do I need for my pool?
Order by pool size, not cover size. This cover is built for a 16' x 36' rectangle pool and ships as a 21' x 41' panel, which gives you 5' of extra material across each dimension to lay on the deck. Measure your water surface at its longest and widest points and match that number.
Do I need water tubes and a cover pump?
Yes to both. Grommets and loops run the perimeter so water tubes can hold the edge down; never use bricks or blocks, which chip coping and tear fabric. Because the cover is solid, rain and snowmelt collect on top, so a cover pump is needed to keep that weight off the seams.
How is a solid cover different from a mesh safety cover?
A solid cover keeps debris out of the water, but it holds water on the surface and needs a pump. A mesh safety cover drains through and anchors into the deck to hold weight. This is a winter cover, not a safety cover, and is not rated to support a person.
What does the warranty cover?
GLI backs this cover for 12 years limited, with the first 2 years at full coverage and the balance pro-rated.

Excellent service!
PST was great at communicating the status of my order throughout the various stages. I actually did encounter a shipment issue and they handled it without issue. I will be doing business again with them.

as described, fast shipping
My wife has RA and is always uncomfortable. Our hot tub heater failed and all the local shops were not able to assist until November. I was able to order an exact replacement part which was delivered within 3 days the hot tub was up and functioning in three days. I was very impressed with the quality and service.
Good quality just ordered wrong size and also need thicker cover
Fit perfectly, and fast shipping
Super fast shipping and reliable product !
I accidentally broke the original **** by tightening it too much. This was a perfect fit and works 100%. Fast delivery too!
Swapped out broken heater (lasted about 6 years) for this one. The instructions are for the electronics, not for the plumbing. You must get everything perfectly aligned or the plumbing may leak. I needed to loosen the electronics box to get the plumbing perfectly aligned. I have hot water again.
Great prices, fast shipping, great products
Haven't received yet but I'm sure it'll be great
Ordered on Saturday and we're delivered by Tuesday! Great products and great prices!
PST pool supplies are great to work with. I was having trouble finding this heat exchanger . Everywhere I looked, it was out of stock or back ordered. I contacted the manufacturer about buying the heat exchanger. They told me I couldn't buy it because I wasn't a dealer. If I was a dealer, they would be able to take the order. And make one, it would take 5 to 8 weeks. I contacted PST they put my order in and I received it in about six weeks. Fantastic people to work with. Thanks Tim
As described original equipment, thanks
