What size do I order?
Order by pool size. This cover is cut for a 20' x 40' pool and extends past the edge so the anchors set into the deck. Measure your water surface at its longest and widest points. If your pool has a set of steps outside the rectangle, choose the center end step version rather than the plain rectangle.
Is a cover pump needed?
No. Mesh drains rain and snowmelt through to the pool, so nothing collects on top and there is no pump to run or thaw. Your water level will rise over the winter, so lower it at opening. Fine sediment does pass the weave, so expect a little more vacuuming than a solid cover would leave.
What does the 15-year warranty cover?
PoolTux warrants the cover for 15 years with 3 years of full coverage against manufacturing defects, pro-rated after that. Defects in materials and workmanship are covered. Ice damage, storm damage, animal damage and improper anchoring are not.
