Ozone Generator & Ozonator Replacement Parts & Components
Keep your pool ozonator running at peak performance with ozonator replacement parts and components from Paramount, Del, Blue-White, AquaSunOzone, Mazzei, Solaxx, Spa Butler, and Prozone. PST Pool Supplies stocks the consumable and wear components that ozone systems need over their service life — UV bulbs, injectors, diaphragms, flash reactors, gasket kits, mixing chambers, and installation hardware — starting from $9.90.
The most common ozonator maintenance item is the UV replacement bulb: UV-based ozonators use a germicidal lamp to generate ozone via ultraviolet radiation, and the lamp's output degrades over time even when it remains lit — most manufacturers recommend annual UV bulb replacement to maintain rated ozone output. Blue-White A-600 diaphragms are wear components in chemical metering pump heads used in ozone injection systems — a failed diaphragm stops chemical feed entirely. Mazzei 3/4" flash reactors (venturi-style ozone injectors) are the inline fitting that draws ozone gas into the water stream using venturi pressure differential — they can clog or degrade from ozone exposure over time. Kynar #684K injectors are chemical-resistant ozone injection fittings compatible with high-concentration ozone systems. MDV carbon destruct replacement units neutralize off-gas ozone before it vents into the equipment room — the carbon media exhausts and requires periodic replacement for safe system operation. DEL ozone parts bags and gasket kits provide seal replacements for DEL Eclipse and Solar Eclipse system housings. For complete ozone systems, see our pool ozonators collection.
Ozone systems are among the most effective pool water treatment technologies — ozone oxidizes chloramines, bacteria, and organic contaminants more powerfully than chlorine alone, allowing significant reduction in chlorine usage. However, ozone equipment requires periodic maintenance to sustain output: UV lamps lose intensity, injector orifices scale or clog, and diaphragm-based metering pumps wear. The annual maintenance cost of an ozone system is primarily the UV bulb replacement — a small fraction of the cost savings from reduced chemical consumption. Inspect injector orifices annually for mineral deposits; clean with dilute acid or replace if flow is restricted. When installing or replacing ozone components, always shut off the system and allow residual ozone to dissipate before opening fittings — ozone at high concentrations is a respiratory irritant.
Shop ozonator parts and components and keep your pool's ozone system delivering clean, low-chemical water all season long.
