Gecko Warranty Process

To help our Support team process a Gecko warranty claim, the information below is required. A claim cannot be approved without proper troubleshooting by a certified technician.

What you'll need to provide

1.  What happened that led to the part being replaced?

  • Describe the symptoms, error codes, or events that occurred.

2.  What steps were taken to confirm the part is defective?

  • Voltage or resistance readings
  • Error codes
  • Any testing performed by removing attached devices such as ozonators, lights, pumps, etc.

3.  Certified spa technician information

  • Business name
  • Phone number
  • Technician's diagnostic notes
  • Service invoice

4.  For heaters

  • Is there anything else connected to the suction line that could be reducing suction?
